Since a tourist destination, Asia boasts of a feast of attractions in the form of traditional cities, old monuments with brilliant architecture, museums and art galleries that throw light on the history of the place, unbelievable wild life, scenic mind blowing attractions, and attractions that are a blend of both east and west.

Discussed further in this article are some of the most popular tourist attractions in Asia.

The continent of Asia is home to such incredible destinations as India, China, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Philippines. Asia has such a great number of attractions that even a year is not enough to explore them all. Stunning beaches, gorgeous monuments, ancient temples, and lively cities, all sum up the attractions of India.

For those interested in exploring the pristine beauty as well as the ancient wonders, perhaps the greatest of all attractions in Asia would be China, which boasts of such lively destinations as Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing, all of with loads of mind blowing attractions. With attractions such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is also an incredible spot in Asia.

Popular countries in Asia also include the Kingdom of Thailand, which is probably the number one tourist destination in South-East Asia. What that set apart Thailand from other spots in Asia is its breathtaking natural beauty, stunning temples, gorgeous island destinations, stupendous monuments, healthy cuisines, and above all presence of amicable Thai people.

Also, a tourist spot in South-East Asia is Singapore, which is an island destination situated at the Malay Peninsula’s southern tip. Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore Discovery Center, Little India, and China Town, are some of the Singapore’s landmarks.

Southeast Asia also contains incredible destinations such as Indonesia – the largest archipelagic nation in the world; Malaysia, with attractions like Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya; Philippines, with more than 7000 islands; and Burma, which is the largest country in Southeast Asia.

Traveling Asia is something that everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. As the largest continent on earth, Asia offers travelers a huge variety of places to visit, things to do and, cultures to see. For first time visitors whotravel Asia, we recommend the following:

Island Nations-
Indonesia: One of the most diverse destinations for travelers to Asia, the Indonesian archipelago can provide enough exciting destinations for a complete trip.

Philippines: Comprised of over 7000 islands, the Philippines has become on of Asia’s forgotten travel destinations.

Japan: For decades, the island nation of Japan has been a favorite destination for travelers to Asia.

Southeast Asia
Thailand: The Kingdom of Thailand is the most popular tourist destination in Southeast Asia drawing more visitors than its neighbors. With both mountainous regions and a beautiful coastline dotted with amazing islands Thailand is one a must see for those who travel to Asia.

Vietnam: A quickly emerging destination among travelers to Asia, Vietnam is reshaping its image among world travel destinations. From the beaches along the coast, to its soaring inland mountains, Vietnam offers travelers to Asia with a sublime experience.

Mainland Asia-
China: Too vast for words alone, China is rapidly emerging as the top destination for travelers to Asia. Travelers to Korea can enjoy the modernity of the capital city, Seoul; or they can try visiting beautiful natural wonders like Songnisan National Park.

India: Another of Asia’s largest and most heavily populated countries, India is a complex and diverse nation unlike any other you will experience when you travel throughout Asia.

citizens in the tropics have relied on coconuts as a traditional staple in their diet for centuries. They drink large amounts of coconut oil every day. as an alternative of getting fatter, it helps them stay healthy, lean and trim

If you didn’t arrangement on ways to keep the children engaged, as in not bored to tears, this journey is going to be very, very long. As with anything in life, preparation is the key to accomplishment.

You’ve selected out a destination that it seems everybody in the family will like. You’ve planned the tour – how long you’ll be gone, where to stay, what to see while you’re there and maybe some neat places to check out on the way to your intended destination.

Oh, the anticipation! Everyone is so excited! Thirty minutes (maybe an hour) into the trip you hear “Are we there yet?”

Remember that a child’s world can be pretty small by adult standards. Two hours can seem like an eternity and anything outside the car is of little interest to young children. Watching the trees go by or the traffic on an interstate highway isn’t going to cut it for very long. There just aren’t enough cows, horses, and giraffes to look at.

Take a few minutes to consider your child’s personality as well as his age. Does he play well alone? Or does he require some interaction? Will he sleep during a lot of the drive? Is this really a good thing, or does it mean he will be fully charged when you’re trying to get some needed rest at night. Do you want him on a “sugar high” from snacking on junk food the whole trip, or even worse, with an upset tummy?

So what are your options? Take a look at what interests your child at home. Obviously, simulating the swing set in the backyard may be a little out of reach, but what does he do when he’s indoors? Really young children can generally play with the same toys they would play with at home. You know, all that brightly colored plastic you pick up every day and still manage to trip over when you get up at night.

When they’re a little older, it gets more challenging. Some children will play with crayons and paper as long as the paper doesn’t run out. If your child’s not a budding artist what about video games? These are great for the more energetic kids. You know the ones who think silence is some form of torture created by adults to make their lives as miserable as possible. Then there are the children with vivid imaginations that can take a single toy and create an entire world in the space surrounding a booster seat. And last but certainly not least, what about the kids who prefer to stay glued to the TV? With today’s portable DVD players, even if you don’t have this nifty feature already built into the family vehicle, these children can watch their favorite videos and forget that they will soon be visiting Yellowstone, Disney World, or Uncle Bob and Aunt Louise’s ranchette in Arizona.

We begin our virtual tour in Tuscany on the western coast and next travel east to the Marches and Abruzzi on the Adriatic Sea. Then we almost complete the circle by visiting the Vatican City in Rome.

A main attraction of Tuscany in January is Il Palio di Sant’antonio Abate in Buti near Pisa which is held on the first Sunday after January 17. The festivities begin with a procession of people proudly wearing the colors of their neighborhood. Local residents claim that she resides in Urbania. The celebrations begin around January 2, culminating with a parade on the night of January 5. Hundreds of costumed participants reenact the Three Kings arrival at the Manger on January 5 in Rivisondoli, Abruzzi. Every January the village of Picciano, Abruzzi hosts a traditional Befana Festival similar to the one described above. In mid-January the Abruzzi village of Fara Filiorum Petri is one of several others hosting a Farchie Festiva to honor of St. Anthony. Mid-January in Ortona means a special festival in honor of Saint Sebastian with the launching of a brightly colored small boat filled with fireworks. In St Peter’s Basilica the Pope pronounces a morning mass to commemorate the Wise Men visit bearing gifts for Jesus. And Rome being Rome, you’ll find lots to do and to see in January.

Wine tours of Italy. We will examine each of Italy’s twenty wine-producing regions and present specific suggestions for wine touring. We name travelagencies that sell wine tours of that region. Even better, we name wineries that offer tours and sometimes agrotourism, the Italian version of a ruralbed and breakfast. Interestingly enough, the area surrounding Venice produces little wine. The Vicenza area is home to Maculan, a producer of many fine wines including the dessert wine Torcolato, an Italian word for twisted.

Veneto has traditionally been a high volume wine producer. But Veneto produces a huge amount of fair to middling wine. It’s home to the largest Italian wine producer, Gruppo Italiano Vini. Mass-produced Veneto wines include Soave, Valpollicella, and the sparkling Prosecco. Veneto produces a lot of wine from international grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. Widely known local grapes include the white Gargena the main grape in Soave, the white Prosecco in sparkling winesof that name, and the red Corvina the main grape in Valpolicella and Amarone. Look for Breganze DOC wines whether red or white.

Companies selling Veneto wine tours include Select Italy, Prime Italy, Wine Tours Italia, and Alabaster and Clark Wine Tours Worldwide.
